The EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG 2000) serve to protect personal data privacy. We process your data exclusively in accordance with the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, DSG 2018, TKG 2003).

In connection with operating our website, we have appointed Pixel Industry d.o.o., Zagrebacka 89, 42 000 Varazdin, Croatia, a company which may have access to your personal data in as far as these data are necessary in order for this company to comply with its contractual obligations. This company has provided contractual assurances to TIPCO that it will comply with the relevant data protection provisions. Data processing agreements pursuant to Article 28 GDPR have been concluded.
Contact form
The details and the personal data you provide on our contact form are transferred to, processed and stored by us via our dedicated mail server in order to process your request. These data will not be captured or forwarded without your consent. We will not be able to process your requests without these data.

Newsletter
On our website, you can register to receive our newsletter in the course of a single opt-in procedure. It is not possible to send your our newsletter without you disclosing these data. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the unsubscribe link at the end of every issue.

This company has provided contractual assurances to TIPCO that it will comply with the relevant data protection provisions. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR has been concluded.

As soon as you load Calendly, your browser connects to the Calendly servers in the USA. This gives Calendly knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address.
When you press the schedule-discover-call-button, you are automatically connected to the appoint-ment account of one of our contacts at Calendly. After you have chosen the appointment, con-firmed it and entered the contact details and concerns, you will receive an email from Calendly con-firming the appointment.
The data entered will be used for planning, executing and, if necessary, for the follow-up of the ap-pointment. The data you have entered will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage or the purpose for which the data was stored ceases to apply. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to arrange an appointment requested by the user as well as the possibility to pro-cess the request in case of possible queries.
We have concluded a Data-Processing-Agreement with Calendly in which Calendly undertakes to process data received only in accordance with our instructions and to comply with the EU data pro-tection level. Any data provided will not passed on to third parties and only serves the purpose to arrange and schedule appointments as well es for internal statistics.

Granting and withdrawing consent
If your consent is required in order to process your data, then the latter will only be processed in accordance with your explicit consent.

In as far as no legal requirement applies with regard to the storage of data, you have the right to demand that these data are deleted and to object to their processing.
