Bank account management is the basis for every TIP rollout and serves as a central collection point for your bank account data: master data, balances, cash pool information, documents, authorised signatories and bank charges are all available centrally and can also be centrally managed. Ideally, you will be able to directly access existing data from your TMS or ERP and directly process electronic account statements.
The filter allows you to conveniently analyse all accounts by company, group of companies and numerous other search criteria.
Accounts are understandably displayed with all relevant master data. If required, these can also be exported to Excel.
A single click is all it takes to close accounts, to add documents and to manage bank charges and authorised signatories.
